Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & Grand Opening
Nashville, Tennessee based "Tom James Company" is pleased to announce the grand opening of their 90,000 square foot Hays Development & Conference Center located in the Cumberland Valley Business Park. The building formerly part of the Letter Kinney Army Depot has been transformed into a state of the art training and Tom James distribution center, as well as newly acquired Bullock & Jones catalog distribution center. There is a retail store open to the public, Thursday-Saturday. The conference center theatre and dining facility, which will be available for rent, is equipped with dual projection screens; digital sound; and video conferencing capabilities, catering for food services are available. There are a variety of rooms available to accommodate groups of one hundred people and more.
The Tom James Company is comprised of two entities, Tom James Retail is a direct selling apparel organization that employs over five hundred sales professionals located in one hundred sixty-five cities in the US and also has offices in the UK, Holland, Spain, and Japan. They market a full line of men's and ladies clothing and accessories that will accommodate any occasion. They present clothing, tailor, and deliver all in the convenience of the customers home or office. Annual sales will top three hundred million this year.
The second entity is the Individual Apparel Group (IAG), which is the manufacturing arm of the Tom James Company, operates ten manufacturing facilities, several located in Pennsylvania and other eastern states. The new center will be the nucleus for training and customer fulfillment for the Tom James customers as well as a state of the art conference center marketable to area business. The retail store will offer tremendous values for discriminating tastes.
